we have seen this study posted quite a few times. It references scarring, but I do not see the link to Peyronies Disease
I think the connection is that IF a drug can successfully treat septal scarring, then it would also likely be capable of treating Peyronie's since both are inflammatory diseases affecting similar tissue types. Since Cialis is also used to treat ED, at least in some cases its use would be a "no brainer" as a result. - George
Is is possible penile septal scarring is a normal process and not associated with any negative symptoms ? They mention "no deformity" and do not reference any pain. In the 1000's of posts here I have never heard of someone being diagnosed with it. Just my opinion but it sounds like they are treating a disease that has no ill effects. Perhaps most guys have septal scarring and no one realizes it. How else did they find study participants unless it is associated with ED ?
I wish someone would examine men with Peyronies Disease who were treated with cialis..
I think the bottom line is Pentox and CoQ10 are the only really proven oral treatments that have delivered compelling results. The jury is still out on things like Acolate and Tranilast and everything else are minor players by comparison.

I have been reading most people with anxiety also have gut issues. And some people who take pentox also have anxiety. It is my belief that Pentox helps peyronies by downregulating the immune system by altering gut function. With this in mind it is quite possible adding fermented foods and probiotics may help guys who suffer from pentox induced anxiety. This seems to be the main reason guys stop taking it. Many who can tolerate it eventually see some benefit. I may be wrong but it may be worth investigating if you are struggling.
