There is no such thing. Unless you have a prolonged erection lasting more than 4 hours then ED medications will never make your condition worse. Quite the opposite. Erections and strong ones are good for your penis.
But should Cialis be taken at night or in the morning to avoid the risk of priapism?
My uro instructed me to take in the morning and it's been great! Nighttime and morning erections are back.

Not sure brother, my only negative were the side effects which took almost two weeks to get over. Two long weeks of my friend telling me to trust the process. On it for about two months, main plaque feels thinner and the erections are awesome.
