I swim laps as a workout, usually 1-2 times / week for an hour with water temperature of 28°C/82°F.
I believe I am still in the acute phase of Peyronies. My discomfort comes and goes, but wondering if swimming could add any additional stress?
For example the extended time being in water while doing a physical activity or any effects from the chemicals used in pools.
Anybody have any experience with this? I could easily switch to a different type of sport, so it would be good to know. Thanks!
Don't think it should create any problems as one of the healthiest exercises out there.
I am with Tony on this one

avoid anything that makes you feel uncomfortable and gives you pain, avoid inflammation.Try any activity you want and see by yourself the results.
Thanks guys, I am going to stop swimming for 2 weeks and start again, see if there is a difference. It is just so hard to say as the discomfort fluctuates.
