Oral Treatments for Peyronie's Disease / Re: Daily Cialis and Sleep

Yes it's pretty ok to split it, my uro said.

He told me that in France Tadalafil is cheaper than in Belgium. + they sell tablets of 2,5mg there. So if you live close to the border, this can be interesting. (Also easier to have 1,25mg for example)

Quote from: dave1211 on February 09, 2026, 01:56:36 PMBut I'm pretty damn sure this is due to my prone masturbation.

I don't believe that masturbating in a prone position cause Peyronies. I don't recommend masturbating in a prone position, I just don't believe the mechanism for the required trauma happens this way. But don't waste time on trying to determine what caused it. Many of us here who have Peyronies never knew what caused it or when. Just focus on what you need to get better and move forward.

I think you are fine to split the tablets. Not sure why they told you not to.

Hope you don't mind I took the liberty of analyzing your picture. I measure you at just slightly over 20 degrees. This would be considered a mild curve and should not interfere with anything. Also, your picture presents as a gradual curve and not an acute curve. This implies that this is a congenital curve and not Peyronies.

First I have heard of anything like this.

I agree, it makes sense mechanically.

Hi Bk. Any update? I was really interested reading your journal. Maybe Collagenase is the most effective method combined with stretching. I was wondering if a topical collagenase could be applied where the plaque is located  - so on the skin??? OR would it damage the skin?

I have been manually stretching flaccid penis 100 quick stretches, 3 times a day. Seems to be helping a little with the curve but not much on the length at all.

How do you gauge how much tension you are applying? Do you counterbend with your hands aswell? How long are you holding the stretches for? I feel like holding it out consistently for 20-30 minutes would be difficult.
