I noticed my pain eased when I ate enough calories and kept stress low; fasting sometimes cuts inflammation but can bring pain back if I dip into a deficit.

I believe that. At least the curve hasn't really got any worse so far. I will continue doing the treatments I have and once it's stabilized more then I will see if restorex and other options will benefit. I might start restorex again in a month.

I believe it may be breaking up the plaque and speeding up the recovery process. I don't know how this compares to shockwave since the massager uses vibration. But I do believe that it is helping.

Do you have a picture of how you use it? Is it the full restorex-time, or just a couple of minutes each time?

I've had it done five times now - no difference at all.

But for me it's nice to know, before I possibly have surgery later. That way I don't have to think that this could have worked

It cost a total of $39.50.

The clinic claims they see good results. The machine they use is a Chattanooga Intelect f-8w, and costs about $35,000

Do not be fearful of circumcision. I had to get it done as an adult (at 24) and while it was uncomfortable for a few days, sex eventually feels normal again. Like Brazil, it isn't very common in my country either but it really isn't as bad as you think it is.

As for congenital curves, I'm pretty sure plication is your only option.

Pentox/cbq10 - 7 out of 10. No plaque yet

H100 gel applied while modeling 6 out of 10. I think it helps but certainly didn't cure anything

Cialis (only been on 5 days) 10 out of 10. By far this has had the greatest impact on positive changes and it's only been 5 days.

Restorex - 4 out of 10. It's too difficult to use - wasn't sure if it's making anything better or worse. Takes too much time. I think it could be solid for men that have more advanced/severe issues. I might end up using it again later on but for now have basically stopped trying it. Will continue taking Cialis and might try it again later if I'm still seeing curvature.

Nothing you have just listed will improve your curve unfortunatley. Restorex for a solid year might give you a slim chance of improvement but even then, realistically, you will need to combine it with Xiaflex to see any meaningful results.

Sorry you went through this.
My take on Nesbits are they are more harm then good.
I am not sure do you have any leakage issues. In other words, do you get hard, and then go soft not too long after?
I had a Nesbit and it fixed my crooked, hinged, and dented penis.
BUT, the urologist never told me, it would take almost

Xiaflex Injections / Stress on opposite side of inj...

Hello,

Wondering if anyone has had a rapidly successful treatment that actually caused inflammation or pain on the opposite side during stretching or erections. 3 days after my second xiaflex cycle it looked like it was completely straight during a nocturnal erection but I noticed some pain on the opposite side. A few hours later I noticed the same with Restorex.

AI came to the conclusion that this would make sense if treatment rapidly improved, since that tissue on the opposite side would probably not be used to having the mechanics it now does in the matter of like 72 hours.

Just wanted some insight so I don't ask my doctor a billion questions over something that is probably normal. Xiaflex has put a pretty massive toll on me but I'm hoping this other pain is not a new plaque and instead actually good or expected.

Any insight helps from guys who have gone through this treatment.

Thanks,

Quote from: Pegarc on February 12, 2026, 07:23:11 PMDon't do dmso and collagenase, collagenase eats away at collagen, it will destroy your tunica albuginea or any nerves it comes in contact with, collagenase is to be injected very precisely in the plaque itself, if you send it transdermally you will ruin everything it reaches not just the plaque

Thanks for the feedback. Appreciated.

Yes true, whats done is done but I do regret it sometimes. I read in this forum that masturbating prone when your penis is flaccid causes micro trauma in the penis though so thought this was one of the reasons. Anyway gonna be positive about this and look ahead like you said.
