There are some great YouTuber videos that describe how the length of the implant is decided. In short once the cut into you, they will insert a measurement device inside you, and check the distance distal from the incision.....and then the distal back into your body (proximal).....they add those two measurements together and that is the length of the implant.
If you want to develop a longer penis post implant....I believe only the AMS LGX (length and girth expansion) can offer this. However I am also informed it may not be suitable for Peyronies Disease patients as it has been known to expand in length of the direction of your existing curve......I'm not a urologist and of course just my lay persons knowledge based on my research on consults.
