I'm 22, it's been a year since I first thought I may have peyroines. I had an injury a year ago which caused a small dent (not visible) on the lower left side of the penis that may or may not have gone away. Over the last year I've had no other symptoms, no pain or lumps. I thought at one point there was bending but that seems to have gone away. My only concern is narrowing of that area of my penis, which I cannot remember if it has been there or not. I always knew my penis was kind of 'baseball bat' shaped, more on the left side (with the middle being more narrow) but I'm worried it's gotten worse. It's not perceivable so much visually as it is feeling it to me. What should I do? I'd it all in my head? Is it worth seeing a urologist to see if I have this disease, or after a year would you say I'm safe?

It's your body, if it were me, I'd immediately hit up the doctor for help. There's no harm in getting an examination. There is no reason to pass it up even if it's been a year. Assessment is to relieve yourself of stress and to tackle the problem head on. Not knowing what is wrong or if there is anything wrong is the worst feeling. Another thing, we cannot diagnose stuff over the internet, so, you'll be endlessly wandering, looking for answers ppl on the internet cannot provide. So please get help. Find a patient Peyronies specialist and get your penis examined.
The only problem I can see is many young people dont have health insurance. I cant see any other reason to keep you from getting this checked out
I think you should get it checked. Peyronies is pretty easy for any urologist to diagnose (especially with an ultrasound machine), and it is better to be safe than sorry.
