Title: Anyone get results AFTER the 3 month period was over?
Post by: dingowarrior on March 10, 2023, 12:25:05 PM
I really didn't notice much change in the curvature after the 3 month period.  I then made an adjustment to where the counterbend was happening and I think I may be noticing the slightest of differences.  My thought here is that I may not have had it in the right spot.  It seems to now be in a better area where the upward bend starts.

Even without the adjustment, have people noticed any changes after they were done with the recommended cycle.  Working from home, it is easy for me to keep up the same regimen so I plan to continue ahead with this.

If you take the time and search the forum you will see some good results and improvement. Some take a long time and others not. Here is one -->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,19029.0.html .

I'm 6 weeks in with no visible change yet, which is really disappointing. Putting two hours a day in with the PMP.

Going to try and up the time under tension by using the belt attachment while at work, but given the nature of my job it's just not possible to go for the absurdly long periods that some people do.

You can get improvement with the PMP but with that device you need to have long sessions with wearing it.

Took me at least a couple of months with RestoreX to get full counterbending (4th stop), which has been more effective. I'm not someone who measures angles, but I've been noticing more results since I got to full counterbending, bends are lessening but not gone. About 10 months in, still seeing enough incremental improvement, so staying with it.

Happy with the results so far.

I'm about 4.5 months in and think I am finally noticing a change in the bend.  I actually had to change the position where the counterbend was and that has what seems to of helped.  Good to know you are having results even after 10 months and I plan to keep going on like you as well.
