Hi, Im 57, developed peyronies about 2.5 years ago. About a 60 degree upwards bend. Not seen any NHS docs so went private. Surgeon suggested circumcision first as that has to be done anyway. My forskin often tore when having sex since peyronies so this was idea to make more comfortable.
Have to say, this has improved things a lot!
My wife & I adjust ourselves to best position - front to front but with me a lot higher up than before. Im happy with things!

60 degree upward bend is tough to deal with. A lot depends on your length and exactly where the curve starts. When my curve exceeded 50+ degrees I would tend to pull back too far and slip out.

Hi, yes, I am approx 5". I too would tend to slip out,  but since the circumcision this happens a lot less!
I think we have now a good technique - I insert the glans & then press the shaft against her clitoris. This results in giving us both pleasure.
I realise everyone is different tho ;)
