Well. I think it was psychological now. Got my erection back. Less firm though. But that may improve I think. I really have been carefull. Pumping until I felt pressure but no pain. But some irritation was felt.

I used the pump according the protocol of the clinic. 2 sessions of 3 to 5 pumps, holding it for two minutes. I started the one cylinder protocol from here yesterday. But each time I was anxious to overpump and to harm myself. I tried to get an erection afterwards just to see if everything was all right. Yesterday I failed.

I got afraid of all the horror stories here. That's where the fear came from. That's the problem of this site I think. It cuts on two sides. On the one side it can be very supportive but on the other side the horror stories can frighten one and make one feel anxious. But it is good to have it in the end.

Well, let's give my favourite organ a few days rest. Hope it will recuperate completely.

What VED device are you using? I have never used one myself but the protocol on here that has been succesful for most guys says only hold 10-15 seconds.

I would advise you to follow that as 2 minutes holds seem far too long for Peyronies rehab.

Remember VED when it comes to Peyronies rehab and VED for Erection problems are 2 separate things.

VED for Erectile dysfunction usually recommends longer holds and for Peyronies shorter holds generally seem to provide the best results.

The hospital I consulted instructed the two minutes hold. They also advised the pump of Memidis. I believe they are in Germany.
