Hi. I use a penispomp. But I think it is too small. My penis gets so thick that it comes to the sides of the cylinder and hurts. I suppose it's not good. Have been using the pump with care for three weeks. But now I hesitate to continue. Any advice? Should it touch the sides?
That your penis touches the sides might not be an issue in itself but the fact that you say it hurts is not a good sign. From all I have read about pumps on here it should never hurt.
