Alright guys and gals, tomorrow I will be doing a podcast with Dolvett Quince from "the biggest loser" and Dr Justin Houman from Cedar Sinai. I will be on the podcast to share my journey in the hopes of bringing more awareness to the issues we are all facing. You are not a trained actor or TV host. Anyone is nervous in that situation until they get used to it. Watching it will be like the first time you ever heard your voice on a tape recorder X10. Don't worry about that.
