have any of you experienced severe glans numbness? More importantly, has anyone ever treated this symptom?
I'm so desperate with this :(

Most of the time it heals by itself over time

I see in another thread you mentioned something about viberect and neurobion
Would you still recommend those products?

My glans numbness comes back with alcohol, carbs, or too much protein (like 400g of beef in once sitting daily). If I fast or do therapeutic keto, the sensitivity comes back.

trav8701, don't numbness usually has to do with neuropathy like nerve impingement or entrapment, blood flow like constricture or something like that? Inflammation could cause swelling or enlargement in tissue, muscle, etc which could cause a constricture. I'm totally making educated guesses here.

Are you taking any L-Carnitine? Also, if anyone know where to get Propionyl-L-Carnitine, I would love to know :)
