Title: Help
Post by: dubison on January 02, 2020, 08:27:19 PM
29 years old
First time took viagra 1 month ago that ended with priapisim of 40% boner
Since then for about 6 weeks I have pain, sometimes during erection, sometimes after sex, sometime just randomly throughout the day.
My boners are not curved, shape is like it always used to be. However, after sex I feel like it takes longer for the penis to become not hard, and its also really curved during that time and twice i noticed hour glass shape couple of mins after sex. Overall my penis feels different, like its gravity and weight is different while sometime upper half is more flaccill.
Met urologist that said that I am probably just healing from the priapisim and that I should be fine, also he didnt find any bumps or scar tissues.
Because of the ongoing pain and post/pre sex curving I am still worried and planning of seeing another urologist.

Should I be concerned? Do I have pyroniee ?

Thanks

Avoid any further aggravation and damage until you're healed. You wouldn't run with a damaged foot either.
Possible you got some trauma/tension in the pelvic floor too. Also nerves can be hurt which takes time. So do lymphatic structures which might lead to high water retention(full feeling)

In many cases with peyronies it takes months until the injury is healed improperly and a bend then occurs.
The better the conditions for healing when having a penis injury the higher the chances you don't get peyronies.

Ironically it might be a good idea to do very low(!!!) doses of viagra to allow a good blood circulation throughout the day. If you have an injury and no healthy oxenigated blood reaches it you might heal improperly.

Pentox is an option to deal with inflammation(read up on it)

Thank you for your response.
Should I avoid sex in the meantime ?

Thanks

If it causes any pain or discomfort back off for awhile.  Otherwise, probably not a problem.
