I have a mild varicocele on one side and I've been struggling to use a VED without it aggravating my varicocele pain. It would seem like I'm unable to tolerate the pressure that the opening of the cylinder places on the base of my penis where the veins are. Has anyone experienced this before and found a solution? Thanks in advance.
