Title: Cheap VED starting to fail
Post by: Reascot on April 30, 2018, 12:19:12 AM
Due to financial restraints I bought a cheap VED off of aliexpress which worked for just under a year.
Now when I pump it the air leaks out of somewhere (I'm not sure where exactly).
I'm pretty bummed about it.

Seem like VED are either extortionate or cheap garbage.  :'(

same old story, you get what you pay for, very rare cheap works out best value.

Yeah I got a cheap one off ebay, it lasted 2 years then I got another one. Price difference means the 'medical' grade one would need to last for 10 years to be comparable in price.

Could you post a link or a photo to a VED similar to the one you currently use.
I'd like to see if it's any different to mine.
