Title: did i injure myself? please help im stressed

I used ved today for like a minute and 10 sec in total so nothing crazy, pumping to a not full erection.
The thing is that i feel a tingling at the base of my penis ever since.
Do you think i might have injured myself? Is it normal to feel this?
Please answer me im very stressed

Impossible to know so soon you could have just irritated it. You'll have to wait a few days to know.if any real damage occurred.

Tingling? I do not think that is a sign of damage. Usually pain is the indicator of damage.

Maybe your skin just reacts like that from the pressure of the pump?

update:
i don't feel any pain but i feel inflammation and blood flow at the base of the penis
should i be worried?
it was the first the time i used VED in a while so maybe i wasn't used to it?
anyone had similar experiences?

update:
nothing happened, inflammation resolved itself
no major changes in the penis
I will restart the use

Hi 20yo, when you used it for 1 min , did you hold for 1 min or did you cycle with 10 sec. holds? I think 1 min is pretty long to be holding

well my urologist who is informed about Peyronies Disease and also published studies about it told me to hold it for 60 sec, 3 times, once a week.
I did injure myself before with VED and reading the protocols on here i opted for 20-25 sec, 3 x, once a week.
So that's what i did
I don't know but i might change to 15 sec, 3x, twice a week. This way i feel like i can monitor easier if i feel pain and if i do i stop immediately. Otherwise if i did 25 sec i might injure myself and not notice and do the next round

So the protocol on the forum here I think says 5-10 sec, 10x. I have been doing about 10 sec, about 15x. I'm trying short holds & high reps. Of course you should go with what feels safe and effective for you.

my problems is that, like other i saw on this forum, my penis doesn't easily engorge with VED.
it engorges a little but i never get a full erection or anything like that. if i keep on pushing i just injure myself without getting first a full erection.

What im trying to do to better this is pumping very very little vacuum and holding it for 50 seconds. This way i give the blood time to flow and i stretch the tissue slightly but for a longer time.
I tried it today and i got positive results so i'll keep it up

update: i want to say that my blood flow to the penis is improving greatly
i just did ved and i was able to get a quite big erection, while once i would only get a slight engorgement
so all in all great progress
also im holding the ved for 60 seconds, but only putting very little pressure
so instead of doing normal pressure for 10 sec
i do let's say just one pump more than how the penis is already but i hold it for longer
i figured this way im stressing less the tissues by avoiding sudden high pressure
as i said i do get improvement so

i don't have a regime.
i have the VED since 2 years  so i think i kinda learned how to avoid pushing my boundaries
i try to start by heating the penis with water or a warm water bottle
i have an electric ved. i pump for like 3 seconds and wait, then i pump for more 3 seconds, and hold for 60 sec
next time i pump for a total of 9 seconds, stopping every 3
next time i pump a little more
i try to absolutely avoid stretching feeling in the first pumps, i only tolerate in the last 4 pumps because by then i think my penis is a little more used to being stretched
i go a lot by feeling. if i feel a good stretch at the side of the penis where fibrosis is, i will stop to avoid injury

VERY IMPORTANT if i notice that even while pumping it doesn't engorge i do NOT keep adding pressure. this is how i injured myself before. if it doesn't grow, then i guess blood is not flowing so i look at a porn to get a little excited and usually my penis will grow without excessive pumping that, i found, cause injury

all in all it comes from practice, being careful, and listening to my body.
if i start feeling things in my groin (irritation) i stop and wait until the next day because i figure i worked the plaque enough

i never pump to full erection because i always stop when i feel a mild discomfort at the plaque, and this usually means before full erection. maybe in a month ill reach almost a full erection but i never want to get to full erection because i dont want to play with fire

One thing id suggest is don't use porn to get an erection! It will mess with your dopamine system and make it so your penis is less likely to become erect without it! With enough time off porn (i dont do nofap but i quit porn) your penis should become more sensitive and easier to become erect! make sure you exercise and have good circulation. Also i found that keeping your pubes shaved will give you a better seal so you dont have to pump so much to get going.

Hey 20yo if you can quit porn you will be doing yourself the biggest favor of your life. You are young and with current technology you literally have thousands of images/videos at your disposal to mess up your dopamine/brain system. In my day - back in the 70's we had to wait each month for a new magazine to be released to satisfy our craving for it. At best there were maybe about 20 to 30 new pics to look at. It did still wire our brains for it though. Quitting is not an easy thing to do though. I also don't do NoFap but I am in favor of getting rid of the porn and getting back to reality. No judgement here bro.

i agree it's almost immoral because why would you masturbate to porn instead of looking for real intercourse.
i've been using it to relax and take my mind off of negative thoughts and insecurities but i do realize that it certainly increases those same insecurities because of how many perfect long straight penises i see every time and guys lating 50 minutes and so on
so yea i will try to stop. even though it's really really hard expecially if you are insecure about finding a real life partner

Completely agree with Mike here. I am currently in the process, perhaps a little over 3 weeks in. My consumption of porn sky rocketed after I got this diagnose.

Negative thoughts = brain wants something to escape those thoughts = porn.

I have read about it so much. Science on how it affects the brain. But I never really felt any negative physical effects from it until now. My libido is shot to hell, it is EXTREMELY hard for me to become aroused and erections are at an all time low.

I have tried to quit many times but always came back. Longest I stayed away from it was around 6 months but now the feeling is entirely different. The negative side effects my body have got from consuming it has made me understand it's impossible to go back and this time it has to be a permanent quit.

Each time you go back you delay the process by months or even years. I have read the general time to heal is 90 days but for many it can take up to a year or even years. It will be a long and difficult process but I am glad I have left this chapter behind me and that I am on the road to heal..

update:
I see progress while my penis is in the VED
each day that passes i am able to get an erection easier, for longer, without any pain
also each days my penis is longer and thicker, and less deformed, in the ved
at the moment i actually hold my erection 1:30 to 2 min
but i always use very little negative pressure so i dont force it to stretch, i just gently allow blood to come in, very slowly and step by step

I'mma be honest this has me feeling hopeful about the future. i started 1.5 months ago who knows wherre i can get in a year if i dont fck this up and overpump

update:
today i saw such  great results that i thought i injured myself
the penis inflated a lot more straight in the pump
and after the pumps it felt more elastic even on the side of the plaque
i think i broke a piece of the plaque indeed and now it's more normal
i was terrified because in the past when i brok the plaque i injured myself.
but so far 0 pain and i even successfully masturbated with 0 pain, my penis was indeed straighter and longer than usual.
so all in all great, great results.
im hopeful

EDIT: wow palpating my penis while flaccid it is a lot more elastic and blood flows and fills it up that much more
it rly feels as if i broke the plaque hahah

unlikely i would say but this is almost too good to be true
