I received an automated message from my benefit/pharmacy plan and they informed me the prior authorization had been rejected and to speak to my doctor about alternatives. Um, pretty sure that is only surgery. Way to kick a guy in the nuts. Now not sure what I can do or if the doctor can contest it or I just do plication surgery. Gets quite frustrating and depressing dealing with this. Anyone else run into this problem initially? Thanks a bunch.
