Title: Can’t tell if I have Peyronies
Post by: NoaKim101 on December 01, 2017, 06:51:18 AM
I'm 17 and my penis isn't curved when flaccid, but when erect curves about 15-25 degrees upward.  The entire top side of my penis is pretty hard (feels like thick rubber) while the bottom is much softer.   It also has an hourglass figure where my girth at the base of my penis is significantly smaller than the rest of it.  The thing is, I don't recall any particular trauma.  I only feel erectile pain after I've masturbated twice or three times in a single day, and it's usually only around my scrotum and lower bottom area of the shaft of my penis.  However, I have been chronically dry masturbating extremely frequently and I heard overmasturbation can cause Peyronie's.  Should I just lay off masturbating for a bit, or quit sexual activity in general?  Also I'm asking here because I don't have access to a urologist.

Are these physical features new for you or have they always been there? Do they affect your erection quality?

If you have great erection function (which you should at 17) and these features have always been there then forget about it, penises are all different shapes and sizes and you have nothing to worry about, don't injure it and go have fun!

If they are new features then you need to see a urologist, see someone who knows peyronie's... Get the diagnosis and then come back here.

Re masturbation, just don't be rough to prevent injury.  Dry masturbation if circumcised can be a problem, if uncircumcised then lube isn't needed usually.  Use lube generously if circumcised and masturvate only if hard 😊

Hmmm....If they're new they've been around for quite a while now (at least 3 years?).  Erectile function is great without any pain though (however I don't feel much pleasure from stimulation of the harder upper part of my penis).

If your penis has been the same for 3 years, and nothing new has happened then just enjoy your penis. Sensitivity is kind of weird but there really isn't anything for that, stop masturbating so much! Seriously, quit porn. Also, I want to stress this, get over whatever insecurity or problem you have with your penis. People F~@< with their penises because of those mental issues and then they really do F~@< up their dicks, there are many of them here. Just enjoy it, be GENTLE with it. Forget about peyronie's, quit masturbating, fall in love, have sensual sex forever, pound sometimes, and TELL EVERY GIRL YOU HAVE SEX WITH TO BE CAREFUL ON TOP!

Stop masturbating is just a couple guys opinion here.  Others believe it's actually healthy for the penis...of course if gentle...

"Chronically dry masturbating extremely frequently" is not healthy, not physically or mentally healthy. You will regret establishing such a habit in the future. You're probably also chronically watching porn... use this Peyronie's scare as an opportunity to improve these things. Try masturvating at most once a day and stop watching porn, it really will mess with you throughout your life, trust me from experience. Such a hard addiction to beat

Porn addiction can definitely be a problem, such as resulting in chronic masturbation when not even hard and traumatizing the dick.  If not addicted, porn can be healthy and fun.
