Title: Help needed (especially from SOMAcorrect & SOMAerect owners)

(Edit: got quite a lot of evidence now on the SOMAcorrect's superiority, thanks to all those who helped)

Can you explain the difference between a Peyronies VED and an ED VED?
It will be very useful to understand the subject.
Regarding:
QuoteI was under the impression the 26 week 3 cylinder protocol was developed by this forum
Right
Quotethe protocol coming from the manufacturer would be better
Wrong
But of course is your penis and you may do whatever you find as Right/Wrong :)
Basically you decided already what to do, no question in the subject:
Quotehopefully I can persuade him into prescribing me the SOMAcorrect Xtra over the Farnhurst
Thank you for posting the information. :) I am sure Old Man will learn a lot from this posts.

Pressure:

Just read your post on the main forum requesting the information about the VEDs. The one that your doctor has prescribed for you appears to be very close to a sex toy shop model. It does not appear to very durable and the pump is about the same as the vacuum pump used in the automotive field to pump and measure vacuum, etc.

Both of the SomaCorrect models are basically the same devices and with the same accessories. Both are of good and durable medical grade materials. The only difference between the two is that one is battery powered and the other is manually operated. I suggest that you take a good long look at the manual VED. The pictures of each will show you the difference.

Now about the 26 week protocol that is recommended for use the the three cylinder VED models: This protocol has been revised several times since it was first published. Myself and member JackP revised it to be more acceptable for Peyronies Disease therapy rather than for ED therapy. (Note: The VED can be used for ED as well as Peyronies Disease).

This protocol can be located on the main forum in the VED board section of the home page index. Log in to the home page and scroll down in the index to the VED board section. Open it and it will bring up a full page of topics/threads. Locate the protocol topic for the 26 week protocol for the three cylinder VED. It explains in quite some detail what the proper procedure for using the three cylinder VED is for Peyronies Disease therapy. Read it through several times to become thoroughly familiar with the proper procedure for using the VED.

Let me know if you have need for further information about the VED or its usage.

Don't worry, not offended, I am sure Old Man is not offended also :)
In my opinion the 3 cylinder VED will do a better job for Peyronies, not much depend on who is manufacturing it.
Some people come up with interesting solutions, some with interesting sources.
