quick question do you need health insurance to able to receive xiaflex? has anyone done self pay for xiaflex with payment monthly plans?

You don't need insurance, but they will most likely ask you to pay in advance before shipping the Xiaflex to your doctor's office.

I'm pretty sure they don't have a payment plan but do have copayment assistance.  I forget the amount they forgive for each treatment.  My 2nd round of medication shipped last week for my shots next week and my insurance plan paid a whopping $6,700 for one round of treatments.  My responsibility was $150 which the assistance plan pays for. i only have to pay $35 for the office visits for the doctor to administer the shots.
