2 months ago I had a successful penile plication on my congenital downward curvature of 85 degrees. I am now fully straight and satisfied with the length.
I am not having sex but I can experience full erection and orgasm enjoyably. However, it seems that the blood doesn't drain from the tissue as it should - the erection goes down but the penis stays "heavy" for hours and hours. This would be fine except for 20 minutes after an orgasm I experience a dull pain beginning in the head of the penis and then it expands and intensifies throughout the shaft and eventually into the entire groin and scrotum area over the following 3-5 hours. The pain is so intense that I will wake up sick to my stomach. I have found the only thing to relieve it (besides pain pills) is a warm bath.
During a warm bath the penis finally fully returns to flaccid state and the pain recedes. Should I be concerned or not?
Also, confession time, I did not do the suggested "massages" except maybe 4 days out of the first month. Could this be a result of scar tissue because I didn't do the massages correctly?

I don't link lack of post op massage has cause any scar tissue. But I can't explain why it is taking so long for your erection to relax. Are you taking any ED drugs (Viagra, Cialis, etc.)?
No I am not taking any type of ED medication.
I should mention that I also have Type 1 diabetes and that may be extending the healing time - though I am healthy, 24 and have not experienced previous diabetes complications.
Any issues at all before the surgery with achieving erections or following orgasm?
2 months post op isnt really a long time i would just give it time and take it easy.
