Just thought I would share that the depression of ED can cause you to want to lay around and just wait for it to go away or a doctors appointment.
Turns out being sedentary is a big time independent factor that causes ED.

There is a lot of truth to that. Lifestyle changes for the better can help men with ED. On the opposite side when we are depressed and not engaging in life and the things we enjoy it can get worse.
Agreed I workout an hour a day even with depression but laying around the other 23 I think impacted not just my dick but my overall heath.
