I found this very recent article searching on pubmed: it enlists a bunch of oral treatments for Peyronies Disease, a list of all the biological mediators involved in the fibrosis and inflammatory process. Have a look at Table 1 and 2.
It might be useful for those interested in understanding more of the immune/biological process and how to stop/invert it with natural supplements.

Good article and yes the basic idea of lowering inflammation in our body can help/prevent peyronies is at the root of healing . I can say that some supplements for me seem to lower inflammation for my arthritic hands. It is difficult to actually document if it has helped my peyronies or not.
