Someone who have tried them could give a better answer but I think the 3 cylinder model might be better for peyronies rehab due to the fact that the A cylinder keeps your penis as straight as it can be during erections.

I should also clarify that the A cylinder is the smallest one.

All of the cylinders have different girth sizing, the A one helps keep you straight during erections provided you can fit into it.

I have a one size cylinder. My erect penis stays straight in it with the negative pressure. I think because the negative pressure puts the curve down. That confuses me.
