As I was diagnosed with Peyronnie disease I wanted to double check the condition with other urologist. During the psychical examination I felt incredible pain induced by very strong squeezing of my penis by the doctor. Two days have passed and I still feel strong throbbing pain in my penis, which is also painful to the touch. I also started feeling pain while urinating.
My question is, whether if is possible that insensitive physical examination done by the doctor may cause permanent damage or permanently worsen symptoms of the disease?

They do squeeze pretty hard. After my second opinion uro examined me, I hurt for three days.
