Hey,

Curious if anyone knows.

Would you lose more length with Nesbit/plication or implant?

An implant done by a high volume implant surgeon, should not make you lose length. A nesbit will definitely make you lose length.

Not really sure I get this question.  Implant is used if you can't get an erection, Nesbit is a method of Plication surgery for Peyronies... it's not one or the other.

In fact if you have Peyronies and Erectile Dysfunction... they actually need to do an implant and either excise the plaque from Peyronies or do Plication.   If they don't, when the implant is pumped to the erected position, your penis would be bent.

Peyronies itself robs length.  I had Plication, yes lost length.  But a bent penis was useless

So I have peyronies + ED from the peyronies (never had it before in my life so this is new and most definitely unwanted lol)

I'm thinking ahead but you think this means I would need the implant as I have 2 plaques on left and right side that stop blood going all the way up the penis? I've lost some length due to this. It isn't really bent though but like halts getting fully erect...
