Title: Cold feeling/lack of blood in head with traction. Recommendations?
Post by: Douglas Hall on June 08, 2014, 09:54:59 PM

I am getting the hang of wearing the extender.
After an hour, the head of my penis feels cold. I am assuming blood flow is getting cut off.

What have fellow members done in this case?
Push thru with frequent breaks?

I am using the X4 Labs device with gauze wrapped the head of my penis, using
the comfort strap.

I know some guys have purchased the compatible suction piece for the head.

You should only wear it a maximum for 2 hours and then take a 15 minute break. You can repeat this cycle as often as you can handle it.

All the head attachment options have their own drawbacks. The noose is what works best for me but it does take some experimentation to get it right.

You want it only as tight as it needs to be to not slip out, and no tighter. Sometimes it helps to work a little blood into the head of the penis just as you strap in, via kegels or whatever.

It is okay if the head of your penis is cool as long as it doesnt turn purple and it shouldnt hurt.
