Title: What traction device?
Post by: AverageBloke on June 09, 2021, 10:50:25 PM
Hi All,

I need some advice. I'm currently in the acute stage of my Peyronie's and I have inflammation. I also have plaque on both sides of my penis. What traction device do you guys recommend and why?

Thank You

I can say that the PMP has worked for me.  I started in the acute stage and it has slowed the shortening down and has helped a bit with my bend. I have regained back about 3/4 of an inch in length.  The glans chamber is tricky to get the feel for it.  You need to be in just right or you can experience bending/lines on your glans.  It is quite comfortable to wear and you can adjust the tension to very light or quite intense. I use latex ballons instead of the supplied sluice and diaphragms. I have a mod in the forum on this.   Also use Astroglide Silicone Gel for the lube.

Hi Mikel,

Thanks for your response. Is the silicone gel used to get my glans into the vacuum cup?

The gel functions as two things.  1st it acts as a lube to get you into the glans chamber. 2nd it acts as a kind of cement to hold you in there.  The gel  (Lube) that comes with the PMP kit also acts very similar.  Mind you though that youonly use a very small amount - less than the size of  a small pea.  The Astroglide silicone gel is cheaper also.
