I'll keep this brief. Had this since November 2011. Woke up one morning and there was a pea sized lump there. This has gradually grown and there is a noticeable plaque halfway up the shaft and then further up it's very fibrous. The pain is when I'm flaccid and comes and goes. The plaque size comes and goes/softens. I have a little bending but not extreme, hourglassing to some extent and some shrinkage.
I also suffer from CPPS. This too waxes and wanes.
Been on Pentox for 6 months or so ordered online as my NHS urologist says it's innefective, the man's an idiot. Also started Ubiquinol 3 weeks ago and for a while been on ACL and Arginine.
This morning I saw the same urologist's registrar and within 2 minutes he said I could have a prescription for Pentox and Cialis, no problem. Some success.
He's prescribed Cialis x 5mg. Do you think it's sensible to start at 2.5mg/day? The Pentox is for 3 a day, I have a load left that I bought so might try 4 a day.

I'm on 5mg per day of Cialis and started that way immediately. I did suffer some pretty bad back ache for a couple of days but then it subsided and I've had no problems since. 3 x Pentox per day is the standard dosage but I gather some are seeing good results by increasing that amount if you can tolerate it, though best taken with food. I'm not sure what CPPS is.
LMP, I agree with my friend ashtown 100%.
5 mg. is a great start and increasing your dosage of Pentox (under doctor supervision) to 2,400 mg./day is optimal. At least it is for me. I have no side effects.

If you have Cialis 5mg pills, I would definitly try cutting them in half and trying this. If you still get good blood flow and firm erections then you should be fine. This way the Cialis will last you twice as long. If you cut the pills just make sure you swallow then quickly. The filler on the inside really doesn't have a good taste ;)
