Title: Unusual possible Peyronies case... no progress, just pain pain pain
Post by: orriw on September 18, 2021, 01:27:14 PM
Sorry for spamming this forum (this topic the first time) with my condition but i just try to find that one person maybe on this forum that has or had a similar condition like me and may help me with an advice... i am sorry and maybe its hopeless but when you think about suicide every day because your penis hurts for the past 3,5 years you try a lot to better your situation.

Shortly said i injured my penis in 2018 and heard a sound but it was no massive hurting and i thought thats no fracture. Skip forward to 2021 i developed some  now stable deformity (torsion + curvature) and still deal daily with flaccid pain that can last for many hours, usually triggered by errections and sex but sometimes just at will.
I dont know what to do.... from what i know with Peyronies Disease usually you have pain during errection (no flaccid pain) that resolves after 6 months to 1,5 years and then it becomes stable. But i have no big plaques and the worst the pain never stops :( I quit smoking long time ago, reduced alcohol to a minimum, eating pretty good, nothing helps :( The only thing that helps is abstain from sex and masturbation, but once i have a night full of errections during sleep the pain is back. Nothing to stop it. Even if i become a monk and avoid with iron will any errection i get still errections while i sleep and the circle begins again.
Do you think i have some not healing nerve irritation........or is it all in my head?  I am young and dont want to deal with this forever :( I feel like my life just started and i dont want it to end now and have written on my gravestone "he was too stupid to masturbate properly.... damaged his little friend."
ANY IDEADS?

Have you been to a urologist? Did he do an ultrasound with caverject?

Also, is your curvature newly acquired? And how many degrees is it?
Do you have hard flaccid?

After skimming through most of your posts, it sounds to me you may not Peyronie's but possibly have hard flaccid. You have penile torsion, and flaccid pain. Maybe it's caused by some pudendal nerve entrapment? Dorsal nerve injury? Sadly, there's no real cure for it. Others on the hard_flaccid subreddit have been trying to do things for years with not much success. Some claim they do pelvic floor exercises and have improved some(seems quite subjective, maybe they were in bad shape before and this just improved their overall health and symptoms only slightly, who knows).

I have torsion too, but my pain when flaccid is caused by scarring, but I mostly have pain when erect. I feel for you man. I know you've been asking about your condition for quite some time. I hope you can find help to resolve your problem

If it is actual nerve damage this can take quite a while for it to mend.  Being checked out by a Dr could give you a little more peace of mind. Read up on heat therapy as it could promote some healing in your case.  Speculating about things is not good.
