Title: were did the plaque go?
Post by: hornman on January 16, 2011, 06:57:21 PM
When 1st diagnosed there was obvious palpable plaque and dents that led to hourglassing. Now 2 1/2 yrs. later my symptoms are quite different.  No more hourglass and only a very slight upward curve.  Unfortunately there is still pain with erection.  The pain seems to be in the entire penis and I can feel it no matter where I poke with my finger.  Perhaps the entire thing is covered in plaque which is why I can not locate any lumps under the skin.   In addition I've lost a lot of size.  Very depressing.  I shaved for VED usage and look like a prepubescent boy. I can't do much with the VED because of pain.  I may just give up on sex.  My partner would be alright with that.
