Title: Does it affect fertility
Post by: abjyt on November 18, 2013, 07:39:21 AM
Hi everyone....
My penis size is 4 inch long when erect. It is bent towards left at around 35 degree angle and a little curvy too . Also one of my testicle is not visible and during ultrasound it is found that it is in my belly downwards. I have a very little interest in sex. I usually ejaculates with in 1 or 2 minutes. I occasionally do sex in 15 to 20 days. My wife demands it more frequently.
I am 31 years old . I am a married since 3 years. We are planning to have a family  from last 2.5 years but my wife is not able to conceive.  She had met to gynecologist, and passed all her physical examinations. Now she says that the problem is with me.....
Is there a problem with me? Is I am the only reason of her not able to conceive?

I strongly recommend that you see a qualified Peyronies Disease urologist for your Peyronies Disease problems. I also urge you to get a check of your semen to make sure that you are potent and are able to produce enough sperm for conception by your wife.

Having children is one of the most satisfying thrills one can get in their married life. I have three children and eight grandchildren. There are my most prized possessions on this earth.

So, get busy with appointments for the above suggested check ups.

As Old Man suggests, you must get a check on your sperm count. That will tell you if you are producing enough active sperm to impregnate your wife.

Good luck.

Hi. I did not understand if it is peyronies (aquired curvature) or congenital cuvature. In any case the curvature does not seem to be the main problem at least the one to check first. It seems the libido and reproduction is the one to solve at first. There is one thing you mentioned that might indicate problems with sperm count or viability and other problems associated. If i understand well you have a non descended testicle, that seems a genitalia abnormal development, i suppose you have that since birth? So you have to start from there. Contacting a good urologist/andrologist/endocrinologist/fertility specialist would be good. I mean one might be enough if he is able to really understand the problem in a broad sense or work with other specialists. All the best.

I would echo what they others have said. Get to a fertility specialist or have your urologist run a semen sample. I happened to get Peyronies Disease right when my wife and I were trying to conceive. My count turned out to be low, but not because of Peyronies Disease. However, we were still able to have a child.

I am 66, I had the same problem 41 years ago. They found that the sperms are not enough mobile, got some pills and after 3 months my wife got pregnant, I had a son, after 14 months again, I had a daughter.
5 years ago my actual wife got pregnant and I have a very sweet daughter, even that the Peyronies started a few months before. I suppose the pills solved the problem forever :)
