Hey guys quick question. My urologist has prescribed me 20mg cialis before sex for ED and it works amazing. However , I am finding that the next day, I experience a "fuller" than normal flaccid with the occasional "mini erection"....it never lasts too long but is more on and off....my question is that does a priaprism requiere a very stiff, hard erection or can that "full flaccid" feeling be considered priaprism/dangerous? TIA
Full flaccid is not priapism, IMO. What you describe sounds perfectly normal. Tadalafil ( Cialis) remains active in your system for up to 36 hours.
A Priaprism is a *painful* full erection that does not go away for hours. Nothing like what you describe. In your case, it's rather just the beneficial effects of tadalafil to the blood flow. Enjoy it :-)
I believe there are two kinds of priapism: low-flow, which is the prolonged (for hours and hours), often painful rigid erection, and high-flow, which is a spontaneous prolonged semi-erection (or a semi-erection that comes and goes without stimulus), normally the result trauma. Low-flow is the most serious and should be treated as an emergency. I don't believe you have either. As Jon said, Cialis, especially 20mg, can stay in your system for a couple of days. Take it as a sign you are responding well to the Cialis :)
Thank you everyone for your responses..I also feel that I have a "harder" flaccid than usual. Is this possibly from the cialis as well?
Your dick will feel fuller when you're on Cialis, because it is fuller - with blood.
Don't sweat it, as Peet said, priapism is a raging hard on that won't go down, even after ejaculation.

I also take Cialis, you hang fuller because the arteries are a bit dilated so you have more blood than normal in your penis. What you are experiencing is normal and no problem
Priaprism is a full erection (not necessarily painful) that won't subside. This can cause damage if it stays for 4 hours or longer.
