Title: Need advice on augmentation grafting surgery
Post by: DELETED on February 07, 2018, 04:16:22 PM
As some of you know I'm almost devastated after some of events in my life. So now I need to choose between death or very complicated and dangerous surgery. Both of this options are sh%t, but at least, not as many things in life are worse than death. I need your help in searching and chosing of surgeon and procedure as well as implants.

I guess for this moment the best IPP is AMS LGX 700, but maybe there's newer and improvement implants? Also, I need to chose procedure: MoST and similar techniques, like MuST or maybe just an old classic tunical circular incision with grafting or anything else? Also, what's the best material for graft? I've heard that some surgeons prefer alloderm while other says that the best available graft material is saphenous vein patch.

Surgeon: who and why he instead of others? Pros and cons
IPP: what's IPP and why this model? Pros and cons
Grafting technique: what's technique and why? Pros and cons
Grafting material: what patch for grafting and why? Pros and cons

Anyone here is gone through the similar procedures? What was the outcome and how much they gained in erect length?

P.S. Please do not advice me psychological help
P.P.S. And please, do not tell me about stretching and VED, I know all this stuff and I used it for many years.

I understand docs do not combine grafting and IPP, at least in the states.  Would be interesting to hear if anyone has undergone both in the same operation.
CORRECTION-some doc's actually will in some cases.

@Tsanchez12369

Dr.Kuehhas and Dr.Egydio perform this type of surgery: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMrCRgksOCM

Also some of top surgions in Russia do the similar technique.

That video is sliding technique to maximimum stretch before inserting prosthesis—doesn't seem to address the curve as does the stage or grafting surgeries.

Alex;

Kuehhas did my surgery. I had a very bad case of Peyronie's with a severe curvature and calcified plaque.

I was operated on using the Egydio technique. There was a small graft involved, although it's not always necessary. The material used was I believe bovine pericard.

The road to complete recovery has been a long one and did involve using extensive traction and VED. Part of this could well be down to my age - I'm in my 60's. And also to the severity of my condition. But everything now works as it should and ny penis is still straight.

It's probably best if you either book an appointment to consult with him. Or I Believe he will consult via Skype. But obviously a visit would be better.

Actually this is what I'm need and what I'm asking for advice on this or similar type of surgery. My "goal" is to lengthen my penis on 2 or more cm.

Hi Jonbinspain!

I´ve read you testimonial and I believe I´m in a very similar situation. I´m considering going to Egydio, but I´ve been to a doctor already. My case is very complex since I have a HUGE plaque and a 45 degree in one plan and some 15 in another.

I was wondering if you wouldn´t mind sharing more of your experience and what Egydio did.

BR and Thanks.

I'm based in the UK, and am awaiting my surgery date for a Coloplast Titan implant and reconstruction (using grafting) at the same time. I have ED and complex Peyronie's with a left-lateral curvature of 45 degrees and dorsal curvature of 80 degrees (measurements from my surgeon). Obviously I can't give any post-op advice at this point, but certainly there are surgeons who do both at the same time when warranted, at least in the UK. The surgeon doing mine, on the NHS, is a specialist in penile reconstructions.
