Title: Best form of carnitine
Post by: Bayou on October 20, 2021, 04:24:45 AM
Hey all, some articles say propionyl-l carnitine is better for microvascularization and blood flow and interaction with testosterone than the other 2 carnitine types which are alcar and regular l carnitine. Propionyl-l carnitine was also used in one study with verapamil with success.

On wound healing I can only find studies on Propionyl-l-carnitine that say it helps improve wound healing.

Also in regards to bioavailability and these things mentioned before, what is the best type of carnitine?

I would try propionyl-l carnitine with ALCAR, or just propionyl-l carnitine.

Nobody knows which is better, but from my memory, proprionyl did better for a bunch of other disorders.
