Title: Specialist's opinion about my diagnosis and dmso
Post by: YoungPrince on November 30, 2022, 04:59:00 PM
So i got a diagnosis from the best in my country. Its a 2mm wide fibrosis in the tunica.

He said its impossible to solve with surgery because its in the organ and its not a surface scarring.
He cant do anything other than trying to stop it.

He said, i have to do a 100 pill steroid course in order to stop the progression. I said to him that as far as i know steroid is very bad there, and he said yes, it have a lot of side effects but this is the only treatment that showed results so far.

I also asked him about DMSO! He said, if we would be able to put on the scarring without injecting then probably could help but its impossible he said.

So do this mean that i do not have peyron just fibrosis?

I hesitating doing his treatment so i would like to ask the forum about this steroid treatment.

I am in terrible fear and depression right now. I have to get up at 3:15 AM but i do not thing i will able to sleep even a second...

Hi YoungPrince, Could you tell which examination showed the 2 mm fibrosis? Ultrasound? MRI?

BTW I read your other posts and your case seems similar to mine
