An implant (i.e. surgery) is a "last resort" option.

Normally you would be working with a doctor and try non-invasive treatments first (traction/VED, Xiaflex injections, etc.). After giving these a thorough try without success, then you would start discussing surgery options.

I would say it is time to make an appointment and start discussing surgical options.

If it is impacting your life like that I would say it is time go have a sit down with your uro. You should lay it all on the table, and let them know how this crap is having a negative impact.

I agree about talking with a urologist, but I would save some time by seeing a 100+ implant surgeon to discuss it.
I had 2 surgeons that wanted to give me an implant, but they only did around 12-24 a year. No thanks!
And I had 3 urologists day, it's ok, you should use needles and more viagra. I did and I believe it caused more damage.
So remember, this is your penis.
It's not theirs.
Find a good surgeon 100+ and discuss with them.
Hope this helps.
