Title: Are NTEs supposed to be rock-hard?
Post by: MauvaisCoton on February 07, 2022, 08:40:50 AM
Hi everyone,

NTEs can be helpful to differentiate between psychological and physical Erectile Dysfunction. In my case, I often wake up during the night or in the morning with an erection, but it's always a partial one (maybe around 70 %). Long gone are the days when I would wake up with an erection so hard I had to wait a few minutes for it to go down and pee.

Is it considered normal or does a man without Erectile Dysfunction always get rock-hard NTEs? What has been your experience with this?

Thanks for your help.

For me my NTE started going soft when I was diagnosed with testosterone problems 18 years ago. Since being put on lifetime replacement my erections have been close to where they should be. I know that peyronies messes with that reaction to different degrees in men. It depends on a lot of factors. Your hormones and blood flow and nitric oxide play a big role.

ever since my second deformity worsened I have not been able to have hard NNE. I am taking a high dosage of Cialis and my hormones are fine, however my nocturnal erections are absent or extremely weak. I also have pain upon erection basically on the entire left side. I have a left side hour glassing under the glans and the glans cannot get hard anymore
