I have been using the penimaster pro for 4 hours per day I want to do 6-8 but because of soreness as well as time constraints I haven't been able to reach that yet.
How do you guys make time for traction? I'm thinking of switching back to restorex due to time problems
Same reason I just bit the bullet and bought the Restorex because ever since I started using a normal extender that requires 6-8 hours of use to be affective I'm starting to lose touch of my personal life. I can barely find the time to just sit around and wear an uncomfortable stretcher. I go outside less, I cook less, hell I barely have time to even shower! I'm exited to start using the Restorex even though it looks scary.
The answer is simple. I do 2 30 minute sessions of RestoreX per day and already saw reduction of curve by 15 degrees in 3 months.
I use the PMP 3 1/2 hours in the early am as I get out of bed at 4 AM. Then I use it another 3 1/2 hours in the evening before going to bed. Throughout the day I am not wearing it.
when i started i was doing a solid 40+ hours per week, but after my curvature was greatly reduced (by about 90%) i cut that to about half, and the curvature seems to be stable. i would think that less hours would just take more time to reduce your curvature.
Thanks guys for the input. Unfortunately restorex was too much tension for me and was causing pain so I discontinued. But maybe after a long period of using pmp I sill try again. I'm about a month in of using pmp no results really.
What tension do you guys use for pmp? @mikel @markdubby
i managed to get to 0.6 g but it was too much. penis was getting cold and not having any major curve atm i've backed down a lot to about 0.3-0.4 g. higher tensions at the beginning and long hours fixed my curvature however.
VED in the morning, RestoreX at night. Wearing a device for 6 to eight hours a day is just not an option for me.
