I am not sure if this has been discussed before or how many have seen this but It is certainly a development. It was done in 2018. I have to say it looks like one extreme surgery but worth it in a case like this one. I wish we had more follow-up on the functioning of the transplanted penis. Presumably, it was expected to work normally or they would have put an implant in with little extra effort.
