Quote from: Aussiemale on Today at 07:29:54 PMHello Ohnoohno......glad to hear you are on the wait list.

I recall you and your in the UK....I'm about to receive my implant next month here is Australia. Yes it is good to have a break from Peyronies Disease.....there is only so much you can do about it.

There are some great YouTuber videos that describe how the length of the implant is decided. In short once the cut into you, they will insert a measurement device inside you, and check the distance distal from the incision.....and then the distal back into your body (proximal).....they add those two measurements together and that is the length of the implant.

If you want to develop a longer penis post implant....I believe only the AMS LGX (length and girth expansion) can offer this. However I am also informed it may not be suitable for Peyronies Disease patients as it has been known to expand in length of the direction of your existing curve......I'm not a urologist and of course just my lay persons knowledge based on my research on consults.

Good luck mate.

Hello mate

Yes I'm from the UK but I live abroad in Mexico right now. I just flew into the UK to see the NHS doctors under Dr Ralph - they were incredibly kind and understanding. Had long in depth conversation about everything and they had a feel on my plaques etc. I feel like I'm in good hands with them basically.

Exactly, I found myself after 1 1/2 year into this mess in a dark place and had to completely detach, in a way better place now but still conquering peyronies. Soon I will defeat the barstad.

Thanks for sending the video, it kind of proves my point too where they're pulling the flacid penis out to begin with, then soon as they pump up the implant its way bigger than the stretched flacid. The lady did reassure me that they'll go as far as they can so maybe it'll be fine. I was very sleep deprived writing the post (jetlag).

They showed me both the amx and titan, was pretty cool to hold them and mess around with them after just reading up about them and seeing them online. Both feel great. Pump seems easy. They were recommending the Titan. Gave me a bunch of leaflets I'm going to go over.

At the end of the day I told them I'm just happy to have some sort of resolution, granted I've lost some length but I have a completely unusable penis right now so it's a blessing to have the support to get an implant regardless. I will now continue to try gain some length back from now until implant and just take it as it comes.

Quote from: Lostand Looking24 on Today at 07:13:49 PMMy stretched flaccid used to be a lot smaller than my erect length aswell until I started consistenly doing traction with Penimaster Pro and Restorex

yes this is my thoughts, my stretched flacid definitely changes and doesn't represent my erect size.

were you satisfied with penimaster pro? I can see I can get one in the country I'm in so worth a shot I guess. I'll have a good 5+ months to try gain some length before implant I guess

Penile Implants / Is stretched out flacid your i...

Hi all been a while since I logged on...

Honestly getting away from anything to do with Peyronies was necessary for me to carry on with my life without it ruining my day to day.

Good news is I believe I'm on the waiting list to get an implant. Will make a full journey post about it.

Today when I was seeing a consultant they pulled my flacid penis out and said this would be the implant size but I've always been a grower not a shower and this didn't really show as much.

The "erection" that I can barely create now is bigger than stretched out flacid.

Curious if others experienced something like this and was able to cycle there way bigger?

Thanks

PS. if anyone has tips to gain as much length as possible in chronic phase (I think) that'd be handy

Thank you for sharing this with us. Dr Trost goes above and beyond in his craft. And if he sticks with his normal course of action, a study on this when later be published that hopefully other healthcare providers will read and see the value in.

The only forums talking about this E4 peptide are penis related  :D  only other one i saw was a reddit for Long Covid sufferers. you'd think there would be more talk about it on forums for people with deadly fibrotic conditions like pulmonary fibrosis

If you choose to go down the Xiaflex route then having Dr Trost perform the procedure is what I would highly recommend. If I owned a Porsche and it needed a special engine overhaul I would take it to the dealer who specializes in repairing it. ;)
