Title: Continue stretching excercise?
Post by: Douglas62 on July 28, 2023, 11:36:15 AM
I had been using the stretching mechanism each during the acute stage and got to a point where I was so frustrated with progress and this disease that I stopped using.  Recently, my erections seem more curved.  If I start using the stretch tool each day, can I anticipate regaining some length and straightening?  I am trying to figure which to pursue, the shots or the surgery but in the meantime, I need some gains to help my mental anguish.

any advice?

Frustration and emotional turmoil are hallmarks of this disease. You say you quit your traction because of that. You need to understand that it is the traction that is supposed to prevent the curvature an loss of length/size. If you were not in any pain then you should have not stopped. You need to adopt the thinking that this is a marathon and not a sprint. I say continue using the traction device which is either the PMP or the Restorex. I do not advocate using any other traction device. I would also not go the shots or surgery route now. Give traction a try. I am close to approaching 3 years of traction now. Although I have almost regained everything back I still use the device for the minimum amount each day.
