Really depends on what is causing your ED and if you can afford to pay for them  long term. They are expensive in the USA. You need a prescription here, so a Doctor would decide if they would help your situation.

3rd highest selling drugs in the USA are Viagra type drugs. So I would say the answer is no. Now if you have a medical reason for Erectile Dysfunction, then you personally could be cured ie heart problem etc. I don't think there is a limit on how long you can take Viagra type drugs. A lot of times it is caused by narrowing of the arteries, which  is usually a permanent part of aging. Peyrones is Plaque and/or calcification constricting blood flow. BPH can cause Erectile Dysfunction. Treatments for BPH. Prostrate Cancer treatments.  Back problems. Cochlear problems. Mental etc. Many causes for Erectile Dysfunction . If you find a way to get an erection when ever you want, then I would say you are cured. I know it is hard to get used to the idea that we need help getting an erection
