Title: Is sex possible on a 30 degrees bend?
Post by: Mr man on October 31, 2022, 12:54:49 PM
Hello guys,
After 3 years. I have managed to get penis down to 30 degrees. My surgeon tells me 15 and below is within the normal range. I haven't had many girlfriends in my life, am not married and single. (Due to this terrible disease).

From those of you who are married or have girlfriends. Please can you comment on how successful sex can be for a guy with a 30 degrees bend? It starts about half way down the shaft.

Please any comments would be greatfully welcome. As I'm supposed to have an arranged marriage. There doesn't seem to be any point. If I can perform for her.

I realize this is not really 'alternative treatment' but at 2 quick searches. There were no other sections to write this.

An arranged marriage - Wow I hope it works out for you in a positive way!  Seriously though you can have intercourse with a 30 degree bend. - you can also have sex in many other ways too. :)  I had about a 25 to 30 degree bend towards my head and it still worked. Missionary was extra fun for wife because of angle hitting her special spot. Now my degree is much better at 15  because of traction and VED.

What traction device you use? Did you ever experience ED ?

I never experienced ED before in my life until getting Peyronies Disease, now I'm not sure if my mindset played a part in it, as soon as I realised my dick was bent I basically had ED. Very weird after never experiencing it in my life. I hope it goes away

Which direction is your curve. I had an upward curve and was able to have sex until it got to about 40 degrees.

A 30 degree curve (upwards, right, or left) should be fine. Downward curves are more difficult.

Mr. Man... communication with the partner is key, whether it is on an arranged marriage or not. Don't close in on your self. If you do get married, open up to her about your struggle. Ask her to be supportive and understanding and to try to work with it so you both can be happy in the long run.

Good luck with your situation!

Did it hurt? Did you have to be careful? Which way did it curve?

I haven't had sex since getting Peyronies Disease but I use to have some wild nights, many positions and able to go rough... I'm worried when I finally pucker up the courage to sleep with someone now that I'll be so timid and weak :(

I'm at about 25 degree curve I would estimate to the left.  I have no problem having sex with my wife.  I do go a little slower than before Peyronies but it's fine.  I have avoided for the last month her being on top, but I will probably try that soon and ask her to be gentle.   Also when she performs oral on me there is no issue either whatsoever.

I was quite a bit higher, but now about 40. I've been able to have sex all along, although I have to be careful in certain positions and it's easier to slip out. I think it also has something to do with your partner's anatomy.

Do any of you have to be taking regular enhancers like cialis? viagra?

I do take daily 2.5 mg cialis.  It works fine.  I have no side effects at all other than more spontaneous erections in the middle of the night.  I was also told by my urologist there's some evidence that it stops peyronies from progressing but who knows.    Also we have a similar curvature (mine to the left).  If it stayed the same as it is now I would be thrilled.  30 degree or so bend in the middle really shouldn't prevent you from having sex at all.

I had almost a 60° bend and stil could have penetration-sex .(sex in more general terms you may of course have with a 1cm penis and 90° bend...)
Some positions was a bit harder to make than others  but we tried the most ones. Sometimes I slipped out but then you really just put it in again I guess....

I was able to have sex with a 70 deg bend, but it was difficult and uncomfortable at the moment of penetration which made it difficult for my wife to relax properly. I would say 30 deg is within the normal or near-normal range and shouldn't be an issue (other than the psychological ones you are experiencing).

It's going up. From dorsal side.

I agree with Mr. Man. Communication is the most important part of starting any relationship. You Need to feel comfortable communicating your fears or anxieties with the person you are going to be with. Trust me girls love it when a man is sensitive and vulnerable at times. That means letting down your guard and opening up and seeing how the chemistry flows.  I'm 53. Had lots of sex partners. Now I've been married for 20 years. Had a 20 to 30° bend for as long as I can remember. Honestly, if you dont say anything, She probably won't even notice. However if it bothers you, you need to tell her at the right time. ALSO, I would NOT TELL HER to be supportive or understanding. I would tell her and wait to see if she is supportive and understanding. If she is, then that's the person you want to marry!

P.S. I know lots of friends in arranged marriages. It's a traditional way and it works more than it doesn't. Plus, cultures who do this have solid families and communities that are there to help a couple when they go through their inevitable issues... If you're attracted to her and she has a thoughtful personality then go for it!
