im not sure if i have an injury or acute stage peyronies, but the urologist said i have no plaque and that im alright and to just give it some time. there's pain in the right side of my shaft and a little curve to the left, pain is present flaccid but i get full erections. i dunno if its an injury or pre-peyronies but ive read a lot and determined following the peyronies protocol with supplementation and eating would be the best thing to do. am i right about this? even if its not peyronies i would figure the same rules apply to healing the injury, and if it is peyronies i would assume following the same healing protocol would possibly prevent it from even developing. im most wondering whether or not i should add in pentox even if i havent been diagnosed with peyronies. i havent come across anything that says pentox is dangerous so i figure it couldnt hurt. heres what im doing right now
juicing about 32 oz of fresh organic juice daily
my diet is essentially all vegetables and healthy protein sources (free range chicken and wild caught salmon and grass fed beef) with healthy fats like avos and coconut oil, raw nuts etc- basically every single thing i consume is not inflammatory and the majority of foods i eat are directly targeted at decreasing inflammation and antioxidant based
im drinking tart cherry juice, drinking fresh pressed lemon and ginger water, great tea
supplements right now are ubiquinol, vitamin e, bee propolis, blueberry pills, milk thistle and i just ordered l citrulline
my theory so far is to just eliminate all inflammatory foods and eat as close to 100% pure as possible. hit all the supplements that could be beneficial and then the other aspect is increasing blood flow right? im not sure what else i should add in
I split your post off to its own topic since it did not apply to the topics you posted in. It would have hijacked another member's topic.
I would say you are taking about the best approach you can at this point.
