I've been messaging back and forth with old man about this. But I'd like to get other peoples opinions as well particularly those who have plaques at the base and have tried the VED. Is it dangerous to do VED with plaques at the base? Does it prevent blood flow?

I have a plaque close to the base that make my penis a left bend.
Using VED for 4 years already, helping with the blood flow, reduced (not much) the bend
Just carefully not to over-pump.
