I´m taking Pentox 2x/day since april besides L-arginine 2x1000mg and some chinese stuff/herbs( some small darkbraun pills 8x3).
The tube is 9" x 1 3/4". I noticed that the "head" is pressed firmly against the inner wall. The pump has a vacuum meter and I kept the vacuum <=5 mmHg. I must admit I feel fuller already after first session.
