Title: Minoxidil
Post by: jibalaomak on January 20, 2022, 10:22:52 PM
Hello all,

I am new here - nice to meet you.
Recently, after suffering a serious psychologically debilitating flare up, I've been off work and have been started on colchicine.
I've tried Pentoxifylline in the past but I haven't gotten the results other men I see have reported here.
Has anyone tried Minoxidil - orally? I read that it can suppress Lysyl hydroxylase / TGF- beta and thus has had successes in animal models of pulmonary fibrosis.

Colchicine has been exacerbating my colitis and I was wondering if anyone has has good experience taking oral minoxidil on their Peyronies. I just got it prescribed for hair loss but hes is tant to start as my BP is low and I don't want to mix medications.

Thoughts are welcome
