No offence to you Nomurai, but the surgeon referenced in the article you linked has butchered many men. He tried to sue another forum for them honestly reporting on results from his procedures, so I have removed your content for two reasons;
1. To hopefully prevent this site from inadvertently sending him another victim.
2. To make sure we don't get in any legal crapshoots.
Silicone penis implant to enlarge size? That's crazy and not approved anywhere in the world as far as I know. The only penis enlargement that was ever done was the one where they cut the suspensory ligament and that's a bad one too. It just makes the penis hang out further. Don't know much about it but would avoid it. Very old idea and has bad side effects. Very few doctors doing it anymore.
